Not everyone needs the same thing to move forward. For one woman, it's a stable job. For another, it's training to start her own business. For a young mother, it's childcare so she can finish school. And often, it's a bit of everything. That's why Solid brings jobs, training and social support together in one community, so each person finds what they need to build a solid future.

Work and training that open doors

Because what you learn stays with you for life. Alongside safe, stable work in our workshops, we invest in learning in all its forms: school and extra education for children and young people, craft training, entrepreneurship and healthy living. Each opens a different door, and together they help people build a future on their own terms.

Because opportunity only works when nothing stands in the way. Childcare, support for young mothers, protection from violence and care for health and wellbeing give women and girls the space and safety to learn, work and grow. When one woman moves forward, her family and community move with her.
